Adam is an excellent GM. We just finished up a Symbaroum campaign and it was fantastic. We had a great group and I feel fortunate to have found it and been a part of it. Adam did a great job putting the whole thing together in terms of organization, as well as the visuals, the audio, etc. He even makes his own animated Battlemaps, which look fantastic! The whole ensemble was just full of atmosphere. It really helped set the mood and tone of the setting. He's very knowledgeable about the the rules and he also allows for player creativity. Whenever somebody had a cool idea he would allow it, which was awesome. We had a lot of great moments! He's also great with beginners as well. I didn't have a lot of TTRPG experience going in, but he was very welcoming and helpful with everything, whether it was something rules related or something with Foundry, etc. I highly recommend Adam as a GM and I look forward to many more sessions with him.
I've had a great time playing with Tomix! We're playing through a Ghosts of Saltmarsh campaign. He's very knowledgeable about the rules and knows how to run fun, tense, and interesting combat. He's very helpful and patient with people who are beginners to D&D. He is also cool with players trying out different things. If it sounded like a cool idea, he let us do it! It's also neat how he runs his games through TaleSpire, which is really cool. He even let me use Hero Forge to create my own 3D miniature of my character and import it into the game! All in all, my whole experience has been a lot of fun and I look forward to more!
Joey is a fantastic GM and especially great for beginners. He explains everything clearly and makes everything easy to understand, in terms of both the game system itself and also how to use the Virtual Table Top software. He's very engaging and a great storyteller with a good sense of humor! He's great at doing all sorts of character voices which help immerse you in the world (but don't let that intimidate you. You don't need to do voices yourself). I also appreciate that he took time out to do one-on-ones with us to help develop our characters' backstories. That was pretty cool and very helpful. I haven't encountered many GMs who are as helpful as Joey. He also gives you the first 2 sessions for free, so you can see if it's a good fit or not before you spend any actual money. I thought that was very generous and much appreciated. I can definitely recommend Joey as a GM!
Sir Beef is a fantastic GM and really good for beginners. As a complete and total beginner I found him to be exceptionally patient, helpful, and kind. We had a lot of fun in our games. There was no pressure and there were a lot of laughs and good times. He rolled with whatever cool or clever ideas the players came up with! He taught me a lot about not only the rules of the game, but a lot of tricks about how to use Foundry VTT as well. In terms of the rules he was extremely knowledgeable and explained things clearly in a way that made it easy to understand. I would definitely recommend Sir Beef if you're a beginner or even if you're new to a particular system because he makes it easy to learn. I definitely plan on signing up for more games with him!
Benjamin is a great GM. I played in a one-shot and it was great. He is welcoming to beginners and helps walk you through the mechanics and the software. He's very open to anything the players want to try. He's also a great storyteller and does a good job keeping you captivated by the scenario. I definitely enjoyed my time with him and hope I get a chance to play with him again in the future.
