Hello, my name is Joe, I'm 29 years old & I have been a DM for the past 7 years running both games online through roll20 & in real life. I have had overwhelmingly positive feedback from my many players which has prompted me to start hosting games on here. I am a fair & enthusiastic DM who promises a compelling story with a clear, concise narrative with plenty of whacky characters & voices along the way. I'm confident 2 sessions & my stories will have you hooked, however if I'm not the DM for you I understand & so I would like to offer the first 2 sessions of any campaign I run for free so if you aren't satisfied with my DM'ing, you haven't wasted any money. How Joey The DM runs games
My GM style is well-rounded. I am able to imitate a variety of different accents & impressions from across the globe (some being better than others) key for roleplay & engagement & I can also create compelling dynamic combat encounters. My adventures will equally test your might, cunning, intelligence & morality. My shortfalls (we all have them) are political intrigue & complex military campaigns. I deal with rules issues by...
Rule of cool & as GM I have final say. That does not mean I am a rules dictator, should there be an issue I will state my interpretation, provide evidence via ruling or past experience, then open it to the table if they agree with my decision and then we will move on. Speed & fairness.

When it comes to voices
I have many, my voices are a tool so that you may immerse into the world & meet the weird & wonderful people in it, as well as a story-telling tool so you can differentiate between NPC's speaking. I have loved impersonating accents & impressions since I was little.

I think it's a red flag when players...
Do not communicate when they will miss a session. It could be a small message of "hey sorry, wont make it this evening", that's totally fine, but please let me know.
I think min/maxing...
Is fine & necessary for all games that exist. If there are game rules & systems, there will always be players that will sit down & plot how to bypass or exploit certain features. I think clear strengths & weaknesses leads to better roleplay & I like to be challenged as a GM. Bring it on!
