About Tomix

Hi! I'm Tomás an experienced Dungeon Master with over 2 years of experience in Dungeons & Dragons and other role-playing systems like FATE and Marca del Este. I’m passionate about creating immersive and engaging adventures tailored to players of all levels, whether they’re new to the game or seasoned veterans. I’m currently managing a podcast and YouTube channel called El Castillo del Liche, where I dive deep into the world of role-playing games and geek culture. In addition to running games, I specialize in creating custom homebrew content, dynamic NPCs, and memorable storylines that make every session unique. As a historian in training at the University of Seville, I bring a rich narrative background to my games, using real-world history and lore to enhance the storytelling. Whether it’s epic battles, deep roleplay, or thrilling mysteries, I’m here to provide unforgettable adventures. Looking forward to playing with you soon!

How Tomix runs games

As a Dungeon Master, I thrive on creating intense combat encounters and action-packed adventures. I love designing strategic battles that challenge players while keeping the adrenaline high. Beyond combat, I enjoy weaving intricate political plots and deep role-playing opportunities, allowing players to navigate complex relationships, factions, and power struggles. I also take pride in crafting unique NPCs, each with their own personalities, and I love to bring them to life through a variety of voices and character quirks. You’ll often find subtle (and not-so-subtle) references to video games and anime in my sessions. While I’m not the most serious DM, I am a professional one, always focused on ensuring that everyone has an amazing, unforgettable time. My goal is to offer a dynamic environment where combat, storytelling, and fun all come together to create great memories.

I prep by

Putting al players preferences and my own notes on google drive and having all of that in mind

Tomix's ideal table

I like a table with players who are open to roleplay, who enjoy exploring worlds without complaining but also without being too passive. I want them to discuss their builds (both optimizing and flavor-wise) and have fun, to enjoy laughing at our silly moments, and to understand that I'm trying my best to make the experience better for everyone

I love it when a player

Give me a constructive critic and tries to better our experience in both ways

I think min/maxing...

Can be good to enjoy the tactics of the game but not so good with abuse

My table is not the place for...

Toxicity, Ego mesuring, insulting, bullyng as """"jokes bruh"""" roleplaying with another without consent and demanding the DM things thinking as him as a gacha or slot machine without emotions
