About the adventure

Pathfinder is a more advanced tabletop RPG that evolved from Dungeons and Dragons 3.5, with a more fluid rule system and hundreds of wonderful adventures to explore across the world of Golarion. While this system is a bit more rules heavy than others, the character customizations options 10 years of development has crafted opens up a world of infinite possibilities for any character you have in mind. And that's just with core rules alone. If you're looking for a one-shot, or a short adventure to run through with friends to familiarize yourself with the system or get an introduction to the game world, Than I recommend taking on a Pathfinder Society scenario. These short adventures take 1-2 sessions to complete and are a great way to learn how to play. Pathfinder society is the more organized style of play, and can become it's own campaign system as you work with others to contribute towards community goals with faction missions while working together with your party to complete the task at hand. Looking for something more long term? Than Adventure path's are the way to go. There are 24 Adventure path's in total, which if played to completion can become full fledged campaigns. These campaigns focus in on a specific part of the world, and there themes and genres can span from exploring lost and forgotten continents of ruins, to battling strange alien creatures in a sci-fi setting, to taking the first steps in ascending towards the power of becoming a god. And while these campaigns might seem like a big step, their divided into sets of books that can be completed on their own, for shorter campaigns of about 6-12 sessions. So when you're ready to step into the world of Golarion, try and get an idea of what adventure you'd like to go on, and we'll work together to find the campaign that's right for you. And yes, homebrew is welcome.

How to prepare

What you will need to play this is entirely up to the group and what kind of game you'd like to play! Voice chat, video calls, or even text-only games are all fine!

What I provide

As these are online games, all assets being used will be virtual. If you need a rule book to reference for character creation, or more advanced rules, I can provide a pdf. I'll be doing everything I can to make sure everyone has everything they need to get the most out of this experience!

Gameplay details

My children are generally within earshot, so I prefer to keep my games family friendly. I don't advocate toxicity, and will have a player contract in place to make sure all players are being fair to each other's enjoyment and time their putting into the game. We're here to have fun, so let's work together to make sure everyone's having fun! In addition, we'll be using the "X-Card" system, where in if anything would upset anyone or make anyone uncomfortable, there will be a signal in place that will lets us know as a group to backtrack and change direction so that everyone's having a wonderful time.

How will character creation work

If you're familiar with the game, feel free to create them before hand. If character creation is overwhelming, intimidating, or just something your not into, let me know! I have pre-made characters available. If you'd like additional help polishing your character, your more then welcome to e-mail me or message me over discord. Even if I'm not available, I have plenty of friends who love improving new characters and discussing build options. And finally, if you'd like character creation to be a group process that takes place during the first few sessions of the game, that's perfectly okay!

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
