About me

Hello! Dungeons and Dragons 5th Edition was my First TTRPG and I was brought in through friend recommendations of "The Adventure Zone" Podcast which got me interested in the system. I have since played in multiple campaigns that lasted longer than a year, to completion, as well as taken up DM'ing, Home-Brewing, and PLENTY of theory-crafting in my downtime (Ask me about my TeddyBear Rune-Knight PC! I'm quite proud of it.) Here's the short list of what make my games fun: -Homebrew/UA Friendly: If you find something worth pitching to me, I'll see the value in it too. -Improv Trained: Nobody can predict everything, and SOMEBODY will do SOMETHING unconventional. Not only can I handle it, but I WELCOME it. -Session 0: I am a strong proponent of that, and include Session 0/Sensitivity discussion a part of my services at no extra cost -Nerdiness: The Venn-Diagram of D&D players with Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, Board Games, Video Games, and/or Anime is basically one big circle. If you enjoy ANY of those things then we'll get along great!

GM Style

Roleplay: I do character voices as much as possible, but do not force my players to if they do not wish. I want you to enjoy as much or as little of my RP options as you care to explore. Combat: I am a "Shoot the monk" DM. If you build a character with certain class features and abilities, I will give you a time to shine. I will also throw in an odd encounter that makes your life difficult. If you ever feel like the balance is off, I am very approachable to help adjust and cater your gameplay experience. Basically, your paladin will have a fiend or two to smite. They will also have to make a Dex-save/Stealth check once-in-a-while. Unofficial Content: I typically homebrew most of my maps, encounters, and I've even dabbled with subclasses and magic items. If you have some Unearthed Arcana Feature, Highly-Upvoted Reddit Archetype, or even something you made yourself; Please show it to me. I almost always say "Yes" and will help you tweak it if any is needed.
