About the adventure

On the night of The Missing Moment you saw something through a mysterious portal. It called to you. Tempted you. Succumbing to this desire, you stepped through the gateway. The next thing you can remember, you stepped out of the gateway. Months had passed which you cannot recall. You have manifested strange powers which tear at your body and soul but grant you incredible abilities, and you seem to have been branded with a strange symbol: the Sign of the Gatewalker. Joining with fellow Gatewalkers, you seek to uncover the truth of the Missing Moment and what you saw that day. This mystery will plunge you into the darkest of forests, across the stars, and through the very fabric of reality in search of why you have been chosen. What purpose do your powers serve, and are you their master? Or are you a pawn in some great cosmic game? The Gatewalkers adventure path will take player characters from level 1 to level 10, and equip each with powerful Deviant Abilities to augment their class skills. Expect to tangle with bizarre paranatural entities, traverse dangerous lands, and wrestle with whether your new powers are a blessing or a curse.

How to prepare

Players will need a microphone, Discord account, and account on forge-vtt.com (to play through a desktop or laptop computer). All aspects of the game will be hosted in the Discord server or within the Foundry game itself.

What I provide

Custom-made assets featuring official Pathfinder artwork, Forge/Foundry automated assets, official sound sets, and excellent characterization of a host of fun NPCs to interact with!

Gameplay details

Session 0 will cover the broad themes of the campaign, address any questions the players have, and establish a list of triggering materials. Afterwards, players are encouraged to use X and N cards during play if they feel the content straying towards something unacceptable.

How will character creation work

Character creation will occur during session 0, as we discuss the backgrounds provided in the player's guide and what deviant abilities they are tied with.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
