About the adventure

The small seaside town of Otari is known for its fresh fish and skilled sailors, but above all, it’s a big logging town, providing valuable wood to the nearby metropolis of Absalom. But for you, Otari is home. You grew up playing on the docks, getting lost in the nearby woods, and hearing the fantastical stories of travelers from faraway lands, tales of terrifying dragons and virtuous knights. Such adventure always seemed so distant—until today! In Paizo's superbly written tutorial adventure players will be investigating the theft of the local Fishery's produce and might soon discover they're a weee bit over their heads!

How to prepare

You will need a free Forge VTT account. A microphone with headphones so we don't get echoeing. I will of course be on camera but it is optional for everyone else. Forge / Foundry is a powerful piece of software with some minimum requirements https://foundryvtt.com/article/requirements/ - make sure you're machine can handle it

What I provide

The premium Beginner Box module with upscalled, retextured battle maps, specially mixed music and ambiance in partnership with among others, Syrinscape - Hosted over Forge so the server is allways on in case you wish to browse your character and / or the Foundry client. I also wish to continue this tutorial into larger adventure paths including possibly some first addition conversions

Gameplay details

This adventure is a tutorial intended to run players through lvls 1 and 2 of play and to gradually introduce mechanical elements. It is roleplay light as far as NPC interactions go, it would be mostly up to players and PCs on that front.

How will character creation work

Since there wont technically be a session 0 character creation operates one of 3 ways: Using the Paizo provided pregenerated "iconic" characters - 1 of each class You having enough experience to create a character and having it ready by start time Contacting me with a concept you'd like to play (race/background/class etc.) and i can whip something for you up by start time

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
