Welcome back to another week of StartPlaying TTRPG News! This week: Dimension 20's April Fools show is real now, Hasbro got hacked, DnD released villainous playtest content for player characters, and Pathfinder kicks off its mini-printing subscription.
Dimension 20 On A Bus Full Episode Is Real

The great April Fool's joke of last year returns for more absurdity but with a new twist: they actually made a real episode. Dimension 20: On A Bus got a lot of praise last year for bringing legendary DMs together under Katie Marovitch for a nonsensical "Actual Play" about being on a bus. The short clips made fans wish for more, and this year Marovitch and her people delivered. You can now go to Dropout and find Dimension 20: On A Bus Season 2. The hour-long episode brings the cast back for more laughs, more completely made-up rules, and more annoying Brennan Lee Mulligan.
Hasbro Got Hacked, DnD Seems Safe
Hasbro was subject to a cyberattack on March 28, reports EN World. The attack was serious enough to cause the company to shut down several systems and report to the US Securities and Exchange Commission. Hasbro stated that it acted swiftly to "protect our systems and data" but that the incident could take weeks to resolve. As of this writing, the DnD website and D&D Beyond are running as usual. However, the extent of information accessed is unkown at this time.
New DnD Villainous Options UA Lets You Be A Lich Or Death Knight
Wizards of The Coast released a surprising new Unearthed Arcana playtest to D&D Beyond: Villainous Options. The four new subclasses and two feat trees truly let players embrace the dark side, and play with mechanics not often seen in other releases. The Pestilence Domain Cleric, for instance, lets you extend an aura that gives Exhaustion levels to enemies.
The Circle of the Titan finally lets Druids become Gargantuan and eat people. The Hell Knight Fighter inflicts Infernal Wounds by coating their weapons in Hellfire. And Demonic Sorcery allows you to warp reality based on the layers of Hell. The two feat paths, meanwhile, allow one to slowly transform themself into a Death Knight or Lich complete with their Monster Manual abilities.
Pathfinder Kicks Off Mini-Printing Program With Mirage Dragon

If you play DnD or Pathfinder, chances are you've seen WizKids miniatures. I have quite the collection and the paint jobs are better than anything I can do. But if you're the type who prefers painting minis yourself to get the highest possible quality, Paizo has a new program for you. Available now, Paizo Printables gives you different monthly tiers with STL files for Pathfinder monsters straight from the books. And the Mirage Dragon is first in all its iridesecent glory. Or however you decide to paint it. For more info, check out the exclusive interview on Wargamer.
And that Mirage Dragon is the last we have for this week. Thanks for reading, and may your dice be kind!
Sergio Solórzano is the best Dungeon Master in the USA (according to a Wizards of the Coast competition, anyway). He loves minis and terrain but also goes all-in on improv!
