Ever wanted to play D&D but didn't know where to begin? This game is for you! Join other new players in learning Dungeons and Dragons! Pick a character, meet a client at the local tavern, and - as a team - explore ancient ruins full of monsters, danger and treasure! Discover the original world of Mundus, a land of swashbuckling adventure just entering it's age of Sail and Airships - with a slightly more J-RPG or anime vibe than most D&D games.

How to prepare
You will need access to a computer with a large screen to use Roll20; a laptop is fine, but an iPad probably won't be big enough. A microphone for voice chat is also mandatory. A webcam is optional; I don't usually, but can, do face chat.
What I provide
I will be offering a soundtrack, maps and tokens, premade characters, and access to my Roll20 Compendium of D&D books - as well as voice chat through a Discord channel. I'm generally willing to roll with clever ideas, and will work with you to make interesting characters that fit in the setting. Do try to come ready to learn the rules and do some simple arithmetic - I can't calculate all of your rolls and it's not fair to ask that of a GM.
Gameplay details
We will have a half-hour break after an hour of play for stretching, eating, drinking, and using the bathroom. I'll still be around to chat.
