About the adventure

"Hey have you heard about this party? They throw it once a year. No one ever knows where it's going to be or who's going to be invited. They call it the Black Parade. I heard it's such a wild and crazy party everyone comes out different you know, kinda like burning man back in the day!" It was just 2 weeks ago that you overheard about this party. Of course everyone knows this party, it's been going on for decades and cops warn people of the party, but come on who's actually going to listen? When you get home that day though you find a black envelope with an ornate golden BP stamped on the front. You open up the envelope and you find MapQuest style directions and a note in large red letters saying "Welcome to the Black Parade". This is a Vampire the Masquerade 5e game. Taking place in Charlotte NC and surrounding area. Camerilla or Anarch coterie is up to choice of players within the story. Main story lines with plot/activities player driven along the way. Session 0 will be free. We will have introductions, a bit of RP gameplay, go over lines and veils, and work on character building. For those who are familiar with the game you don't have to flesh out a whole character beforehand. Having an idea of your character's personality is good for the RP section of session 0, though doesn't have to be set in stone. -All players will start as human/kine session 0 -Beginner friendly and all walks of life inclusive. -content may contain real places from the city. -Roleplay heavy game. while combat/altercations can come up extended combat crunching doesn't play much of a part, but physical skills are still useful in situations. -Lines and veils will be spoken about in session zero or through a form -Vampire the masquerade does take a level of commitment as there is "Downtime submissions" and potential RP between sessions. -There may be homebrew elements in game so they are allowed for players long as it makes sense and approved by ST (willing to work with players on aspects) -PVP is only allowed contingent on the situation and may be interrupted/rewound if getting out of hand (we are all here to have fun not fight each other)
