I would give more stars if I could. Daniel is, far and away, the most talented and engaging DM I have played under in my nearly ten years of playing this game. He understands how to craft a narrative while also listening to and taking into account the wants and needs of his players. He is strictly adherent to lines and veils and conducts himself with the well-being of his players at the forefront of his mind. He is a master storyteller, and his narration and roleplay are top tier. There's something delightfully terrifying about the way Daniel smiles while he's blatantly threatening your PCs lives that is simply incomparable. His games (I'm in 3 because I enjoy playing with him so much) have become the highlight of my week and the perfect balm for a work-weary soul. He has a special talent for bringing people together, as well. The synergy with all of the other players I have played under Daniel with has been practically flawless, the chemistry, immediate. He understands people and he understand dungeons and dragons and he understands narrative storytelling in a way that, frankly, makes Daniel himself grossly underappreciated as a DM. It is my humble opinion as a daily player of this game that joining one of Daniel's games is only doing a service to yourself, as playing with him and the other people he brings together will only improve your overall quality of life. Do yourself a favor, grab a seat with Daniel first chance you get. Your only regret will be not having done so sooner.

Immersive gameplay, detailed worldbuilding, thoughtful storytelling, exciting combat, challenging puzzles, dangerous dungeons-- DM Mech provides it all while being open minded, friendly, easy to talk to, and all-inclusive. If you have an idea, he'll help you work it into your character. If you have a problem, he'll listen and address you with respect and deal with the situation with care. He knows how to run a game that everyone will enjoy and feel a part of. No man gets left behind, nobody gets more spotlight than anyone else. He's great for beginners and veterans alike, and is always willing to learn as much as he is willing to teach. If I could give him ten stars, I would. If you get the chance to play with Mech, do yourself a favor and do not pass it up.
