My favorite system of all Time is
the City of Mist system (built on the Powered by the Apocalypse system). It is highly versatile and narrative driven, as well as being very customizable in my experience. I have used it to create a number of hacks, including one for Lovecraftian horror and another for an Isekai.
How Cayce runs games
I like to tell personal stories against the backdrop of world changing events; I want the players to feel like they are part of something bigger than just what is happening at the table and that what they do matters. I love intense roleplay as well as high stakes combat. Whether it be theater of the mind or grid based tactical planning, I try to bring a fresh edge to every encounter, to make even minor skirmishes feel like they matter as part of the greater whole of the story.

If my games were Movies they'd be directed by...
Alex Proyas. Dark, grand, and a bit gritty.
Cayce's ideal table
My tables are highly inclusive and open to players from all walks of life. I welcome players of any experience level, I love to teach new games and systems to players, as well as to help players find their own narrative voices at the table. Storytelling is a collaborative experience and I want to tell excellent stories with everyone who sits down at one of my tables.
