About the adventure

The fairly new Pharmaceutical Company, ZyoMedBio has just begun Phase 2 of medical trials for their new miracle drug "Zylactis". Your characters are people who have been involved with the company or subjects of the medical trials and the drug seems miraculous, but you can't shake the feeling that not everything as it appears and are determined to find out the truth. This is an adventure designed for convention play, so it should last for one session, 3 or 4 hours long, for 3 to 6 Pregenerated investigators. Beginners are also welcome as well.

How to prepare

Computer and Internet required. High speed internet will make for a more enjoyable experience. Mic and headphones required (speakers cause echo). Set up free accounts on Roll20 and Discord. Recommend Chrome or Firefox browser. Install Discord app on computer. Join Leovor's Keep server (link on your dashboard here after you join the game).

What I provide

I will bring my 20+ years of experience running Call of Cthulhu games for different kinds of people, old or young, new or experienced; friends, strangers and strangers who then became friends by playing together. The dice are rolled on Roll20 VTT, characters sheets, portraits, handouts with clues found during play and some illustration. Background music played through the Roll20 web VTT.

Gameplay details

Some combat might come up, nothing crunchy, more cinematic than anything. Since its a one shot we will take the first 30 min or so to talk about the game.

How will character creation work

Pregenerated Characters only, first come, first served. They will be ready for selection in Roll20 as soon as you join (check links in your dashboard once you book the game).

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
