About the adventure
Crypt of the Everflame - Speedrun is a low level adventure designed for new players, it's a one shot adventure that goes through the Crypt of the Everflame module from Pathfinder 1st edition but modified to be one shot adventure. In this adventure, the players who all hail from the town of Kassen are undertaking the "Rite of the Everflame" a coming of age tradition where they must brave the dangers of "Crypt of the Everflame" in order to find the eternal flame that lies within so that the lantern in the center of town can be re-lit to protect the town from the coming harsh winter months. There they will learn the history of the town's founder, Ekat Kassen for which the town is named after to honor his sacrifices and legacy. However, this year's rite will prove to be different as a foul presence has invaded the crypt and made the dangers of this once sacred place to be altogether real. But the quest remains the same! To relight the lantern and ensure that Kassen will survive the winter!

About me
Hello everyone! My name is Razzman and I'm a Gamemaster from Malaysia. I started with TTRPGs back 2005 when I was introduced to D&D 3.5 by some college seniors. Ever since then I have made playing and running TTRPGs a big part of my life, participating in weekly games. While I have dabbled with many games systems over the years Pathfinder has always been my main TTRPG system with Pathfinder 2nd edition being my current game system. What I love of gamemastering is watching how different groups approach and resolve a problem or adventures as it is never the same! Some might be more diplomatic and try to resolve things without resorting to combat while others would murderhobo their way out of any problem and while there might be pros and cons from each apporach it's always fun to watch from the GMs seat. As for the type of Pathfinder content I enjoy, I greatly enjoy APs or Adventure Paths as these campaigns have an impact on the wider world of the setting and create a living world for the players and GM to enjoy. I have been blessed to have a group where my friends and I take turns GMing and we participate in each others game as both GM and player so that none of us gets burnt out from being the "Forever GM". Together me and my group have finished many APs with Curse of the Crimson Throne and Hell's Rebels just to name a few. As for my GMing style I prefer to stick to RAW or Rules As Written as much as possible but should there be an unclear ruling I can adapt to suit a player's needs as long as it not too disruptive to gameplay. GM RAZZMAN IS AN ABSOLUTE PATHFINDER WIZARD!!! Couldn't ask for a better GM to introduce me to Pathfinder! I literally spent the entire session grinning like a goblin who just found a pile of unattended loot. Razzman’s mastery of the system is great, and his ability to roll with my chaos made it an absolute blast. He really is just amazing at what he does and I loved playing with him :P This IS your sign to book a session with him... (My sides still hurt from laughing. Send help…)

A lovely introduction to Pathfinder. DM Razzman clearly knows the system very well and enjoys running it. He explained everything really well and let the learning happen "naturally" as things occurred in game rather than trying to dump info all in one go which is good. He has a good grasp of foundry and a cool set up. Also what a friendly fellow! If you are looking for a pathfinder game with an experienced GM - DM Razzman should be on your list.

Razzman is super awesome and really allowed me to have a lot of fun getting into the game of Pathfinder. It was a short one shot but packed with encounters and fun socializing. His characterization of NPCs was really wonderful and engaging, too, which made the adventure come to life even more - which for a teaching module is pretty awesome. I came in with a very tiny amount of knowledge of Pathfinder and left feeling capable of jumping into any table right away. He's also quite proficient with FoundryVTT and makes the playing experience very gamified and exciting as well as pretty seamless once you get the hang of how to find stuff. He's patient and doesn't punish, creates a really fun environment filled with lots of laughter and exciting combat!!! I even got to make friends with a certain npc no one else has made friends with because he allowed me to at least roll to see if I could befriend them instead of attack, too, so it wasn't forced to be purely combat and my choices could really affect gameplay too ^^

What to expect
Preparing for the session
Players will need a discord account as well as an internet browser to access the foundry server. On the game login screen use your username to login and there is no password (leave it blank). What Razzman brings to the table
For the most part the game will follow Rules As Written or RAW but I can make allowances provided a cool enough description or justification. I am not a voice actor but I will try my best to voice the characters in this game. Ambient music as well as combat music will be featured in this game. Since this is Pathfinder 2nd edition the combat will be tactical using standard combat rules.
Homebrew rules
For the purposes of gameplay weapon and armor runes can be applied unto items immediately and for free rather having to roll a crafting check, pay gold and spending a day to do so. Hero points will be given once per hour that the game goes on.
