About the adventure

This adventure begins on the very day Gol Roger, King of the Pirates, was executed at the hands of the World Government in the gallows of Logue Town. Elsewhere, a small band of pirates is formed in the crucible of the depths of Redmarsh, a prison complex built in a subterranean expanse deep below the industrial city of Spider Miles. This is a good nay a great no one of the best GMs I ever had when I first joined his campaign he easily walked me through the character customization and helped me find a place for the character in the story would a hundred percent recommend it.

Simply incredible is the only way to describe my experiences at All Blue's table. It is a rare feat of talent to be able to hold 100+ NPCs (with their personalities, goals, relationships with each other and so on) in one's head, it is even rarer to possess the ability to weave them in and out of the story while maintaining a sense of scale in the world as a whole. Beyond the notes above, this guy's homebrew is insane in the best way. The devil fruit system challenges your sense of creativity and strategic prowess in a way the spells of 5e never could. It feels like every session I'm pulling of 200 IQ+ ideas to get us out of our lasted exercises in stupidity. If you often find yourself suggesting wild, insane, and somewhat absurd ideas to get the slimmest edge then this is the GM for you! On top of that he has an expert grasp on balance and is able to adjust pretty any other homebrew you may suggest to blend well with the content of the One Piece 5e system. I asked to use the Savant class from reddit and he quickly came up with adjustments and suggestions to bring it up to the power level of the homebrew classes & subclasses. Sometimes that might include a suggested multiclass, but he has more than enough diverse options to choose from. All in all, I am more hyped than I have been in an looooooong time and I am always excited to see what may come next!
Character creation
Creating your character
Character creation is expected to be carried out prior to the beginning of the first session. Characters are starting at level 1 and will progress to level 20. Once you join the campaign you will receive a copy of the current version of the supplement which will be updated and edited as we play as I continue to tweak the system. Due to the pure homebrew of this adventure's design character creation will be handled in a 1-1 call with the GM who will guide you through the process of building your character and explain the system in detail. Furthermore characters are able to start with Devil Fruit powers if they are particularly interesting concepts these function as growing magical items which will improve over the course of the adventure.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Ensure you have a functioning microphone and internet connection. While use of a webcam is not necessary it is appreciated. You will need an account on both discord and the forge. From there you should write out a backstory for your character; ideally preparing two concepts. These backstories can be as long or short as you like but my preference is that more is always better (so long as it is rational for a 1st level adventurer).
What All Blue Games brings to the table
I utilise a wide array of battle music, ambience, sound effects, extraordinarily designed battle maps with highly interactable features, dynamic animations and more. This campaigns VTT comes packed with beautiful handouts, a wonderfully selected cocktail of modules which make the game run even more smoothly and provide a nice flashy overtone to the experience and far more. The story is adapted in numerous ways to provide a personalised experience for each player character pulling you into the story of the wider module smoothly and giving you the character focus you want! There is a wide cast of interesting NPC's for you to interact with and learn about alongside a fabulous cast of villains and fascinating story. This campaign will rely heavily on Rule of Cool; we are here to have fun and create a story together and if the rules get in the way of that, they will be put to the side for a brief moment. Beyond that I bring a fully custom supplement for One Piece - 5e which I have been writing and play testing for a number of years. The supplement has been used in numerous campaigns which lasted years and achieved complete finishes which in world spanned the full distance of the All Blue.

How All Blue Games creates a safe table
Session 0 is utilised to ensure people's expectations are aligned prior to the beginning of the campaign, rules of the table are established and people's major triggers are identified. Breaks are in place halfway through each session to give people a breather and a chance to realign to the game when content is heavy and there is a lot to unpack. Our Open Door policy follows this same basic premise, you are allowed to step away at any time if you feel overwhelmed in any way you can go AFK and give yourself a break. Our major in game safety tool is the use of X, N and O cards which provide everyone with a clear and simple tool to keep the game within there comfort zone. This game handles some adult themes and you should not join if you are not prepared to handle those described in the content warnings and other themes which one would expect of a movie rated 18+.
