About the adventure
Welcome to the frontlines Battle-Brother! You are a Space Marine, one of the Imperium’s supreme warriors. Genetically enhanced and engineered with special implants to be the ultimate soldier, you are far stronger, tougher—and deadlier—than any human being. You have been selected to join an elite warrior brotherhood of alien-hunters known as the Deathwatch. As a Deathwatch Space Marine, your duty is to seek out vile alien ruins on forbidden worlds, venture behind enemy lines to perform special missions no one else can accomplish, and confront the most dangerous challenges the galaxy possesses...challenges that only the heroes of the Space Marines can defeat. And Jericho Reach is full of such challenges.

About me
I first stumbled upon roleplaying games almost 15 years ago and I was taken since the first moment. Playing as a dwarf adventurer, vampire businessman or a jedi knight was amazing experience, but I soon found my true passion in being game master. I have since led a lot of games, both for my friends and for new players at conventions. And in the past year I started to host games online. Good story is the most important element for me in RPG, but player agency is a close second. You should always be able to to make interesting choices, to go off course and chart your own way through the narrative.

Creating your character
Character creation will happen in session 0 (or individually if someone joins later).
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Pc with browser and microphone is needed, webcam and stable internet connection is appreciated. I will explain the rules at the start and handle character creation at the same time. Dice rolling and character sheets will be handled by Foundry VTT. Discord account for group discussion is a bonus.
What captain66 brings to the table
I will bring VTT, tokens, maps and rules and sourcebooks. And also experience and hopefully fun.

Deathwatch is a complex and quite combat heavy game. There will be a few houserules adapted from other W40k games aimed at smoothing some mechanical problems and speeding the game.
