About the adventure
⚔️ Defend & Destroy – Battle fanatical cultists, unravel dark rituals, and stand against an ancient evil. 👑 Heroes & Alliances – Unite scattered forces, forge powerful alliances, and shape the fate of the land. 🌩️ Elemental Chaos – Face summoned horrors, disrupt forbidden magic, and stop destruction before it’s too late. A growing evil stirs in the marshlands, threatening to unleash chaos across the kingdom. Fanatic cultists, united under a dangerous leader, have uncovered ancient powers once thought buried and forgotten. With dark forces at their command, they seek to summon an army of elemental terrors to wreak havoc on the world. Nearby villages have sent for aid, and you have answered the call! Will you and your allies rise to face the storm, or will the land be consumed by fire and fury?

How to prepare
Must be 18 years old or older. A good microphone or headset is appreciated. Cameras are optional, and I will not be using one. You must have a stable internet connection, as well as a PC or laptop capable of running FoundryVTT. Check the "Prep Materials" Section on Startplaying once you've joined the adventure for a link to the Discord!

The content guidelines for this game are detailed in the "Content Warnings" section below. Please note that sexual assault and rape are explicitly excluded from the game's content. Any behavior that is transphobic, racist, ableist, sexist, or homophobic (collectively referred to as "TRASH") will not be tolerated and will result in immediate removal from the game. This game is intended for individuals aged 18 and older due to mature subject matter. During Session 0, we will cover safety tools including Lines & Veils, X, N, and O cards, as well as Stars and Wishes, and discuss content warnings. If you have any specific questions regarding safety tools, feel free to message me here or on Discord after joining. Optional Rules we will be using: - Bastions - Fall damage is half of what you fell (200ft becomes 100 damage) - Overrun and Tumble rules

How will character creation work
Characters will be created collectively during session 0! I can provide pre-made characters if you prefer not to craft your own. I can also help create characters after session 0. We will also delve into discussions about how the group is interconnected, character aspirations, group goals, and player and GM expectations. I will be addressing any questions related to lore, background, etc. Species, Backgrounds and Classes from: D&D Free Rules 2024 Players Handbook Point Buy or standard Array for stats. No Evil Characters, Edge Lords, or Lone Wolves Yes Heroes, Flawed Champions, and Benevolent Rogues
