Everything Dusk does has a purpose. He makes sure that every decision relates to the plot in some way, shape or form. He gave me 23 pages of lore, and it all made sense and made character creation more like writing a book rather than filling out stats on a piece of paper. He also laughs at all my jokes.

Raph has a very good understandng of the freedom of choice. He makes sure that whatever endevers you or the other PC's go through, choice is at the center of it. This makes Raph's games very unique as in the players are more in control than traditional GM's would allow. It makes the games far more personal and meaningful. 10/10 would give cupcake.
