This was an excellent workshop and learning session with a skilled GM who knows the system well and can help navigate potentially difficult topics with players.

Amelia is such a fun GM! She brings a very safe vibe to the table, and isn't afraid to bring players back on task when they get too distracted. She explained the rules patiently and helped one of our neurodivergent players learn them more thoroughly, which was no small feat! We played in person, and several of us dressed up, which brought an even greater depth to the experience. I highly recommend this GM!

Zed is a great DM, especially for beginners. He took time to explain the D&D rules as we played, but didn't bog down with an hour of "how to play" before we could jump into character and start playing. We played part one of an adventure, and I'm really looking forward to playing again!

Liz is a great GM with good storytelling technique! She spent a great deal of time helping us learn the rules and make characters, going over safety and inclusion, and making sure we had characters who really pulled at our imaginations!

Jacob ran a terrific indie one-shot, which was scoped well for a single session, and had a great deal of flexibility for a very dynamic and improv-heavy group. He rolled with the changes well, and had a solid understanding of the mechanics, enough that we were able to play a new system for the first time without confusion.
