About the adventure

You were expecting a day off from adventuring for once when adventure burst through the tavern doors in the form of a misplaced sheep. Solve the mystery and return him to where he belongs, or summon untold evil - it’s up to you! This light-hearted romp has some brawling, some strategy, and a lot of animals. Join this game if you want an evening of adventure, questing, and moral dilemma. It is expected to take no more than four hours. First time players welcome.

How to prepare

You will need a computer, headphones, and a microphone (fine if it’s an integrated mic in your computer or headphones). You will need to create a character (I can help with this if needed) and find character art - something pulled off image search is fine. We will be using Roll20 as a virtual tabletop, and you can use it for rolling dice. If you prefer the click-clack of the shiny math rocks, you are absolutely welcome to roll at home.

What I provide

I'll be providing the Discord server and Roll20 game for this session.

How will character creation work

Please make your characters (and pick out character art) beforehand! If you need assistance with this, you can always reach out to me. You are welcome to use Roll20's built in character sheets, dndbeyond.com (useful for first-time folks as their character creation wizard is great), or good 'ole pen and paper. If you use dndbeyond, I recommend installing the beyond20 browser extension so you can roll in Roll20 directly from your character sheet. We'll be doing some finalizing at the beginning of the session (setting up your tokens, getting you some extra spending money and magic items, etc).

Players can expect

  • Roleplay: Medium
  • Puzzles: Low
