About the adventure

Are you a newcomer to tabletop roleplaying games or Dungeons and Dragons 5th edition and don’t know where to start? I’ll help guide you through the D&D character creation process and teach you the basics of playing the game. After creating your character, we’ll play a very short 1-on-1 duet adventure to introduce you to basic gameplay concepts. You don’t need to come with anything prepared, other than the desire to get started playing D&D 5e. We'll build a backstory together based on the kind of campaign you want to play in.

How to prepare

Make sure to have a working webcam and mic, and either Discord installed or Google Hangouts ready to go. Whichever video platform we use is up to you. You don't need to bring anything else other than your interest in D&D!

What I provide

I'll be bringing a wealth of knowledge about D&D 5e mechanics to help you build the character you want. Additionally, I'll help you flesh out your character's backstory based on the setting you want to play them in.

How will character creation work

The bulk of this 1-on-1 session will be character creation and we'll develop your character together!

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
