About me
Hey, I'm Lexi! Big fan of horror, dark fantasy, mystery, and an increasing roster of weird indies I'm continually requesting SPG add to its list of options! Currently have campaigns for Blades in the Dark, Regency Cthulhu, Lamentations of the Flame Princess, and Ruination Pilgrimage; and am always excited to try something new! I've played fantastic one shots for Mörk Borg, Pirate Borg, Eat the Reich, Survivor Sorority and more. My pie-in-the-sky dream right now is to find some people who'd be into doing a Pilgrims of the Murk Dome campaign – if this is you please let me know!

In the simplest terms, my Blades in the Dark campaign with Bluebird is one of the best gaming experiences I've ever had. Bluebird manages to harmonize an appropriately dark setting with a truly warm and welcoming above table environment, while incorporating excellent prep work with character-specific quests, rewards, and opportunities for development that really hits the levels of the sorts of actual plays that got me invested in TTRPGs in the first place. In addition to the game sessions themselves, we get excellent recaps and regular, wonderfully cryptic updates via a "Rumors / Overheard in Doskvol" channel on the Discord server that drop esoteric clues about the next score, that serves the worldbuilding almost as well as it just makes me never stop thinking about the game! A million stars, zero notes. UPDATE: We just did a Stewpot one-shot, so I can accordingly attest, as expected, Bluebird also runs just as fantastic a cozy low-stakes setting as she does a dark high-octane one!
*Amazing* experience! As someone for whom at this stage D&D would frankly struggle to break into my top 5 TTRPGs, Diego honestly revitalized the feeling of playing for me, with an incredible prowess for storytelling, voices and bit-commitment, as such that the one-shot genuinely felt like a mini campaign, with a character I cared about, in a world I believed in. I would absolutely play with Diego again, and strongly recommend anyone in the Chicago area go see his RPG improv show Anything But Dragons!
SUCH a fun afternoon playing criminal geese in The H.O.N.K System with The Dreaded DM! Caitlin provided a very speedy set-up, a really fun premise, a great variety of voices and soundtracks that built up a truly entertaining two-parts-adorable one-part-thrilling comic caper. I'd recommend Caitlin as a GM to anyone at all.
