How Mike_d20 runs games

I love roleplay that brings out the best in characters and players alike. I throw curve balls and pull the rug out from under players and prefer to deal emotional damage over physical but all in the name of a good story. I really enjoy involving the players in worldbuilding. I may ask you to name an NPC or an establishment you enter. I tend to stick to the rules but the rule of cool will always supersede as long as it's not completely breaking the game or the story. My games center around mystery, intrigue, twisting expectations, and bringing the best out of players and their characters. I like to have fun and tell a story together but that doesn’t mean I’ll be pulling any punches.
