About Alexander John

Hello! I'm Alex and I've been DMing and playing TTRPGs for over a decade! I love fantasy and all that comes with it, most of all its roleplay splendor! Be it creating big narrative moments, intense fights, or simply humorous and fun moments. I'm knowledgeable on many systems, tools and deeply invested in different settings and lore. My goal as a DM is to create the most immersive games possible. I want my players to feel as though they embody their characters, seeing the world through their eyes. As such I focus on promoting as much roleplay in my games as I can whilst also providing maps, art, and all sorts of features that bring the world to life. How Alexander John runs games

I'm a GM who loves and encourages roleplay. I want my players to be immersed in richly described world and interact with character that also feel real. Voices? Yes. Art? Yes. Rich narrative? Yes. Be it describing how your sword or magic cuts a foe down, or how a bard smiles and gives you a wink ~ my games are all about rp moments at their core even in the heat combat. And most important of all, your character's story. I truly care about giving each player at my table a story to remember and play in. Of course when it comes to all aspects of the game, whether rp or combat encounters. I'm very confident!

I find I have mix of tables but they all have one thing in common, they all love immersive roleplay like me. Comfort levels vary at the start, however, I find with each group as we grow comfortable with each other even the most shy/quiet player gets into it and it's those magical moments I love at my tables.
