About Davey

Hello! I'm a professional and award-winning storyteller/actor/writer/GM/theatre maker, and a recent cast member of The Twenty-Sided Tavern (the official D&D stage show) at the Sydney Opera House! I've been running games for beginner and experienced players for a decade. I also run the theatre company Ponydog Productions, an award-winning theatre company that makes interactive storytelling shows, and Bards For Hire where I write studio-quality theme songs for RPG characters, campaigns, and parties (currently on hiatus but available wherever you get music.) I am a classically trained actor and studied at the Royal Central School for Speech & Drama (alma mater of Judi Dench, Carrie Fisher, Martin Freeman, a 7th of the Doctors from Doctor Who, and a 3rd of the recent live-action Spider-Men, among many others). I am currently finishing up a Master's Of Creative Writing. My campaigns are role-play, character, and story-focused, and I love creating new and bespoke worlds based on the ideas and stories my players want to explore!
