About the adventure

For years, orcs held the Misty Vale, once the center of the Empire of the Dragon Emperors. But they disappeared about a decade ago. Lured by rumors of treasure and glory, your band of adventurers have just found the way to the vale. Dragonbane is a fast fantasy game of mirth and mayhem by the Free League!

How to prepare

Players will need a mic. Webcam is optional. Players do not need to know the rules ahead of time, nor do players need to create a character ahead of time. Foundry does not require players to install any software.

Gameplay details

When you register, I will send a link to a pdf where you can fill out your lines and veils. At Session 0, we go over all the group's collective lines and veils thoroughly. Before, during, and after sessions I will check in with players to make sure everyone is fine, based on the lines and veil discussion.

How will character creation work

Characters are created as beginning adventurers with no experience. We create them together after going over lines and veils. The goal is to create a group of adventurers that work well together. Players are encouraged to adjust their initial concept and ideas to the wishes of other players, so that all PCs can get along with each other. Drama and friction between group members is fine, but creating a character that would lead the group to turn against each other is not.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
