About the adventure
Welcome Adventurers, in this realm there are whispers of evil plaguing it with dark magic. People have begun to talk of Strange happenings in the city. People have begun to go missing while others gifted with arcane abilities have begun to have nightmares. Something odd is happening and it has seemed to spread beyond the walls of Neverwinter. Others in high positions have begun to notice and are calling upon ones who may be able to help. Could that be you? So, do you dare join this dangerous adventure in hopes to find out what is going on, or sit around and wait for you to fall victim to those trying to rule this land? Vecna: Eve of Ruin is a new exciting high level D&D adventure. You begin the adventure in the streets of Neverwinter as level 10 characters, and you and some other people can answer the call of adventure in this module. This campaign sends you to dangerous and distant land across a multiverse discovering powers and worlds that others only dream exists. temples to find. This campaign will take you to the highest levels of D&D, if that is an experience you want or you just want to laugh and have a good time while hating the BBEG then this is a campaign for you.

About me
Hello everyone, I am Michael and I have been a Dungeon Master for four years, in that time I have ran over ten campaigns for many new players and have one on going for the past two years. I enjoy having a laugh at my games and letting players discover the world that awaits them and all it's secrets. As a DM I like to help create stories with my players that brings them the most amount of fun while playing. I see myself as a DM that views the rules as more of guidelines and will work around them to create a interesting game with my players. I focus mainly on 5th edition modules with my own little twist and homebrew ideas to make our games just a bit more of a unique experience. I enjoy playing with both new comers and veterans to the game to create a fun and safe space to enjoy D&D. I will also work to ensure that it is a safe space for all players. So let us start an adventure together, what do you say?

What to expect
Preparing for the session
We will be playing on my Discord server. A microphone and headphones are required for playing. Video camera is optional but will be encouraged as its a fun way to see reactions for an easier roleplay experience. Owlbear Rodeo is where maps will be viewed so a way to open the link and veiw the map on a seperate tab will be needed. The D&D Beyond account is free and will help me see your characters as well as it's an easy tool to use. Feel free to bring your own dice to play but if you don't have any there are many digital options we can try. A quiet space is encourage to sit and play this game so there are no distractions for you or other players.

How DungeonMike creates a safe table
This game contains a good amount of graphic violence as well as some naughty language. I would rate my game as a PG-13 rating with just a bit more language. Before the game I will request that each player fill out a Consent of Gaming form to help me know what to stay away from. During the game we will be using the open door safety tools as well as good communication should anything upset or trigger a player. Bottom line is that respectful behavior is required at all times. Disrespectful, hateful, hurtful language or behavior will not be tolerated and will be grounds for immediate removal.
