They're able to effortlessly take a simple encounter and elevate it, and smoothly ride the wave of chaos and unpredictability that most campaigns inevitably fall into. If I could say one thing about the experience of having Elliot as a GM, I wouldn't, because it takes more than one word to describe having them behind the screen. Their games are always highly creative with more than one solution, and allow for significant player agency and character growth during play. I laugh harder during their games than during any other games I'm a part of, and between that and the tension they could write a mastercraft in building, you'll never leave their games without a huge smile on your face. They're always explicit about safety at the table, and I've never felt like I couldn't bring up issues to them when I've had problems in the past, and have been excellent at making all players, old and new, feel like a welcome and important part of the experience.
