About me

I have the most experience playing and DM-ing DnD 5e. While I've mostly played DnD, I have learned other TTRPG systems and I'd be excited to play in other systems. Specifically, the other systems I'm excited to play in are FATE, Kids on bikes/brooms, and Call of Cthulhu!(or any of the alternative to DnD such as Pathfinder, Dagger Heart, DC20, etc.) Also interested in Vampire: The Masquerade(Changeling, Mage, or other WoD/CoD games) Important stuff: - I prefer some form of visuals/map, while I can and have done theater of the mind, I don't have on command visual imagination(Aphantasia), so I can get lost sometimes. - For character sheet/programs knowledge, I'm mostly a pen/paper person; however, I understand D&D Beyond, Roll20, Foundry, Character Sheet Online, Fari(kinda), and Owlbear Rodeo(my fav VTT). - Obviously, I'll follow the character creation/platform preferences of the GM, since they are in charge!!! - Creating character backstory/motivations/personality is my weak spot and is what I need help with the most (especially if you're a "tell me your character and I'll worldbuild around it" GM, I do need SOME guidance/info on the setting/plot to get the ball rolling) - If it comes up, I am fluent in English and Spanish. Playstyle: In games that offer magic, I gravitate towards playing the magic users (also teleportation mechanics have a strange chokehold on me). I've also noticed I enjoy being a support player, even if that's not my character's main gimmick. My favorite part of TTRPG is building my characters! I enjoy combat rules for DnD, and I also think puzzles/mysteries are fun! I love to see RP and I am interested in getting better! The genre I'm mostly interested in is Fantasy(many kinds), tho I'm down for lots of vibes/genres! I love learning and understanding mechanics/rules. TTRPG Systems I've played in: DnD 5e(2014), Blue Rose(AGE system), Thristy Sword Lesbians(Pbta), KoB(as a GM) TTRPG Systems I have a basic understanding of: Fate, Pbta engine, Kids on bikes/brooms/Teens in Space, DnD 5e(2024), CoC, Monster Heart, Quest, some of Grant Howitt's (gshowitt) 1pgers, AGE System, Flabbergasted, bits of Pathfinder 1e/Dnd 3.5(kinda), basics of WOD/COD, bits of Pathfinder 2e, bits of DC20, bits of Dagger Heart, Sentile Comics, Cypher(kinda), Savage Worlds(SUPER baby understanding) I'm down for rules lite or crunch, both appeal to me!

I played about 9 months ago and forgot to leave review so it's pretty blurry but I remember it being really fun! It was my first time playing Blue Rose or any AGE system game. I also remember feeling comfortable. Things to keep in mind, she didn't play music, to me that's neutral but for some that's a positive or negative! She also did use battle maps in foundry. She was great in teaching us the game and how to use foundry. I had great time with her and would play again(if I do, I'll write a more detailed review)

Really fun game! First time playing TSL or any PBTA game in general and it was a great first game! The story was super interesting and I loved how they described the world, the NPCs and set the mood. She had handouts and NPC art in a discord, and the music was perfect! It set the mood and it had good sound mixing, it wasn't too loud or distracting. She started an hour early to help new players set up(I didn't go to that so I won't speak to much on that, but it from what I could tell it went well.) After the game, she asked for feedback. I will leave a note that she DID USE AI art which I'm not the biggest fan of, but it did admitly add to the atmosphere. She did feed my art to generate something without telling me which led to a cool moment in the game, but I had some mixed feelings about (especially as an artist) BUT I told her and she took the feedback of letting people know about AI use and to ask to feed people's art. To summarize elements of her style that you should be aware of. She uses some AI art, combined with other handouts. This game didn't have a battle grid, and was mostly theater of the mind but she had images for the different locations and some visual aids(such as NPC art). Even with aphantasia, I had a good understanding of the environments. She played music with good sound leveling. The game lasted about 6hrs but she did check in at one point to see if we were okay with running over. Everyone felt pretty comfortable playing together. Overall tho, it was I had a great time and would love to play with her again!
