How Apollo runs games
My style is very roleplay focused. My goal at the table is to help my players tell the story they want to tell, and to help them understand the creative freedoms of collaborative storytelling because the deeper they get invested, the more fun everyone will have! I like my combats to be significant, with multiple moving pieces with both mechanical and story consequences to keep things interesting and engaging on every level. My players are my main characters, I will build worlds and histories around them so that they have the story they imagine in their dreams, I will obsess about crafting the best story I can and I promise to care even more about your characters than anyone else. Table safety is paramount to me, I put effort into bending the story around my table's safety tools and boundaries so that even in moments of high stress there's paramount trust. As a voice actor and cosplayer, I get very in character, and have been known to dress for the occasion for big story beats! Pro tip: don't fight in a cathedral because I can and will bring out the priest shirt.
