Hello and welcome! I’m Pierce and I’d like to be your GM! I hope your travels so far have been kind to you, and I hope you’re ready for another! Or, if this is your first adventure, I’m honored to be your guide as you take your first steps! A bit about me: - I’ve been a professional dungeon master for 1 year, teaching kids aged 8-15 the ins and outs and joys of D&D. - I’ve been a hobbyist GM for 6 years, running home games for friends and family across several systems. - I’m an artist (and former tattoo artist), and can/will provide hand drawn character portraits for you and your table! - My favorite TTRPG system is the World of Darkness Storyteller System, with Dungeons and Dragons as a close second. - I am an avid video gamer as well, and play a multitude of games on PC, and have a big soft spot in my heart for Rock Band. Things to expect at my table: - Focus on role playing, where combat is used for the story rather than to fill space, and exploration is up to you. - Stories catered to you and your character rather than rigid adherence to existing narratives. - Active interest in your character arc and goals, tell me where you wanna go and how! - A dedicated discord server for each game with active participation from me - An open-door policy for kind and friendly conversation, even about the hard stuff - Curated Spotify/Youtube playlists to encapsulate the vibes of your game - Mutual respect for every single person, regardless of any variables - Time taken for each and every person at the table to get their handle on the rules and gameplay, with any assistance needed freely given. How Pierce runs games

I am an avid role player with a focus on character-centric stories. I like to exercise my voices in game, and tend to focus on theatre of the mind rather than playing with maps. I also like to work closely with my players to build their characters inside of the world to help with immersion and a feeling of belonging.

Pierce's ideal table

My table is always filled with respect and inclusivity, invested in the story being told, and a safe, relaxed space where we can explore as we please. Consent lies first and foremost, as we’re only having fun if everyone is having fun. We have ambient music and serious roleplay, but make time to laugh and joke and breathe after the rough stuff. As long as you know when to be serious, and when to take a joke, I think we’ll get along just fine.
