About Eli Hastie
Almost ten years of GMing experience, largely in Dungeons and Dragons but also a small bit in The Marvel Multiverse Tabletop Game. Looking to try new systems (LANCER, anybody?)

I became a GM because
I had an intense desire to play, but nobody else knew anything about TTRPGs. So, I took up the mantle and fell in love with it.
I got started GMing...
at 10 years old! When it became difficult for the adults to make a weekly game happen, I started running games for my friends on the playground, over the phone, and on school bus rides.
How Eli Hastie runs games
I enjoy superhero fiction, even embedded in my fantasy, so expect high-action, high-magic, and high-energy. I also like drama, so big emotional swings are also a must. Worldbuilding is important to me as well, especially in character creation. Be prepared to collaborate as best we can to make your character feel embedded in the world.

Rules are...
incredible guidelines and fences, which are sometimes meant to be shattered (or re-interpreted.) I try to follow the rules as written, but I reserve the right to alter them for the fun of the table.
Eli Hastie's ideal table
I try to cultivate a high-energy, largely comedic table with profound and intense dramatic moments. Drama when it counts, comedy when it doesn't.
