About D&D With Dad
Looking for immersive, character-driven adventures where your story takes center stage? You've come to the right table. My games are all about you — your character, your choices, your journey. Whether you're a battle-hardened warrior chasing vengeance or a curious mage uncovering ancient secrets, the world will bend, shift, and react to your actions. I bring the setting to life with rich lore, dynamic NPCs, and high-stakes drama — but you bring the heart of the story. I believe in collaborative storytelling where every session feels like a chapter in a gripping novel — one that's co-written by the players themselves. Expect meaningful consequences, evolving relationships, and emotional moments that linger long after the dice stop rolling. This isn't a GM railroad or a rigid module; it's a living world shaped by your character’s goals, flaws, and triumphs. Whether you're new to TTRPGs or a seasoned adventurer, I create a welcoming, inclusive space where creativity thrives and characters grow. So grab your dice, step into a world that reacts to you, and let’s craft a tale worth telling. The spotlight’s waiting — what story will you write?

I got started GMing...
beccause it was the only way to get a game going. I found out I loved doing it and became a forever GM. I love being all sorts of characters and telling a story with my players.
How D&D With Dad runs games
I run roleplay heavy games based around the players' characters and their goals. In my games, I'm just the narrator, the players drive the story. In addition to 4 decades of GM experience, I am a professional voice actor who brings the world and all of the NPCs to life.

I deal with rules issues by...
making a quick decision in the moment to keep the game flowing. Then at the end of the session we review the rule as a group and decide on how to handle the same sitation again if it comes up.
D&D With Dad's ideal table
My table is ideal for those players who want to become their characters and interact with the world we create together. It can be deadly serious, ridiculously silly, or anywhere in between. I love reading novel-length backstories, but a paragraph is fine too. Creating goals for your character is what allows me to form fit the world around you and your character.

I love it when a player
truly embodies their character. The more they get into character, the more I can play with them as various NPCs. I can also make the world much more reactive to them, and make them feel like they are a part of the world, and have a real impact on it.
