About me
If you love telling stories with friends, you’ll fit right in at my table. My first experience with D&D was around 2018, when my best friends and I randomly purchased the 5E Starter Set. We made wacky characters and played all night, making the story up and learning the rules as we went. I learned quickly what made tabletop gaming so special—spontaneous decisions, jaw dropping surprises, and tons of laughter. In that spirit, my games are collaborative, character-focused, and full of moments where players shape the world around them. I’m big on player agency, creative problem-solving, and giving characters space to grow, struggle, and shine. After each session, I want players to feel like they’ve written another satisfying chapter in our story—and to feel included, celebrated, and heard along the way. 🎲 Fun Facts About Me I work in photography and filmmaking IRL Built and ran my first custom campaign in 2022 Not a forever DM—I love playing too! In my first campaign on SPG, I killed Strahd with a bonus action Currently Playing: Dragon Quest XI Currently Writing: a Southern Gothic horror campaign full of haunted swamps, stubborn ghosts, and small-town rivalries, based (loosely) on William Faulkner's Mississippi
GM Style
In my games, roleplay definitely comes first. You'll be presented with choices and conversations meant to highlight your character and their role in shaping the world. Next is combat, which I believe should serve a strong narrative purpose. I try to include at least one encounter in every session, but it's never a "random" encounter, and there's usually a non-combat resolution. Finally, exploration is huge in my campaigns. That doesn't always look like combing the edges of the map looking for hidden dungeons—most of the time it means asking questions and engaging thoughtfully with NPCs and key locations. I try to craft games where everything players see can provide a memorable interaction. Rules-wise, I keep things flexible and fun. If you’re new to D&D 5e, no stress. I’m always happy to walk through things as we play. We’ll use Roll20 for maps and handouts, and you’ll have access to my D&D Beyond library during character creation.
