Because this campaign presents: -A province devastated by the after-effects of war and in dire need of your help. -Contend with a deadly forest that makes travel lethal to the weak! -An alarming increase in Beastmen attacks, led by a mysterious demon-lady. -Greedy, self-interested nobles bickering amongst each other instead of fixing the issues. -A heaps load more adventures and stories for you to experience! Blood in the Drakwald is a long-term, original campaign that drops you in the middle of the action, letting you freely explore an entire province filled with interesting stories, plot hooks and NPCs! Your actions will have consequences, and for better or worse, you will end up deciding the fate of the province and the countless people within it. Expect conflict, tough choices, flavourful interactions, interesting locations and a lively, intense experience! New players and first-timers are more than welcome!

How to prepare

What I provide
I will provide all the necessary documentation and tools via Discord and Roll20. This includes, but is not limited to battle maps, music, art, easy access documents, character sheets, etc...
Gameplay details
Expectations and limitations are discussed during onboarding with each individual player and established during session 0. I regularly check up on players, as it’s my job to make sure everyone is having the best possible time. Roleplay and storytelling are always at the forefront of my campaigns, so don't stress about knowing the rules. If you know how to roll dice, that's good enough! At the end of every hour, there is a 5-minute break so everyone can fetch a drink and hit the bathroom. Communication is key, in and out of gameplay.

How will character creation work
All the necessary materials to make your character are available on discord. All you need to do is have a character ready before the game or ask to play with a pregenerated one! Feel free to ask any and all questions: Creating a character is a collaboration between the player and GM, so don’t be afraid to ask for help or advice!
