Embarking the Wilds Level 11+ campaign
Far across the Trackless Sea west of Faerun is the vastly unexplored lands of Anchorome. What discoveries will you find?
About the adventure
Anchorome lies across the ocean to the west of Faerun. There are few towns and settlements on the coast that leads into the unexplored! People travel here to for many reasons; find ruins of ancient creatures with ties to old magic, discover new natural wonders and creatures to make a name for themselves, find new ores for access to wealth, or just to get away from big cities and find the majesty of the wilds. This is the second arch to an ongoing campaign where the party has just defeated a demon lord and are now trying to start their own lives within this newfound peace. The campaign's story will revolve around what characters do in game, but also what you as a player has always wanted to do in DnD. The party wants to start their own tavern or settlement, or something of their own, so that will be included in the game! Another aspect is Hell touches, whether its going to hell or dealing with devils and deals. This is first and foremost a DnD adventure though, so there will be a lot of adventuring!

About me
Hi! I am a DM from Canada and I have DMed for many of my friends, and also met tons of amazing people DMing online. I've run for all sorts of players, from new to veterans, and people looking for serious games to more lighthearted games. My games are RAW, although we can discuss homebrew rules in session 0. and I am great at balancing RP and combat to the amount you want. The games are difficult, but they start off easy to wean you into the difficulty. Monsters will be played as intended, and death is a possibility. Combat can have RP elements in it and I love to reward creative thinking. I am a pretty relax DM and love all aspects of DnD, so if I see you are enjoying certain aspects more than others, I will put more of those in, and less of things you don't like. It is my job to full fill your DnD fantasy.

I swear, this was one of my first times experiencing a DnD game and I was nervous as hell. But Elley picked right up on that, in a good way. She did not put me on the spot, gave time for me to think and evaluate what my character would do. She genuinely cares about her players and their characters. She would work with me, to make it work what I wanted to do in the game. She gives everyone room to talk. So if you're so lucky to catch a game with her, then grab it with both hands!
So Elley the GM was everything I wanted in a GM and more! Not only was she super friendly and helpful, but she made the entirety of making my character fun, as well giving me a fresh experience in character creation. What I really like is how well she moved me into the campaign and how fleshed out my back story became. It also helps the fact that she was taking notes and keeping all of this down in a word document as we worked on my back story. When it came time for me to actually meet the other players I felt truly welcomed! I have to say as my first time looking for a group outside my friends. This is one of the best experiences I have had and look forward to more!
Elley is a great GM, she knows her story well and is both friendly and professional in her GM'iming. Session 0 allowed us to build in the rules and ecpectetion and since then I have a blast playing D&D with her as our GM. She is always on time, ready to take some time after session to speak with a player if its needed. She is both a great person and a GM. You won't be dissapointed if you love story, role play and some harsh but fair fights in bettwen.
Elley is an amazing GM and very thoughtful of her players. I had never used Roll 20 before and was new to playing D&D, but she was very patient with me and super helpful with explaining everything. She even took extra time out of her day to help me come up with a backstory before the first session. Elley is very nice and communicative, which is helpful for me as someone with an anxiety disorder. Plus, she is inclusive of LGBTQ+ players and never misgenders me. I would highly recommend her to everyone, whether you are new to D&D or have a lot of experience. My sessions with her are the highlight of me week!
Are you looking for a DM who's always gonna keep you on your toes? A DM who can build out an engaging story full of mystery, wonder, and whimsy? A DM who can *somehow* work out how to weave in every bit of your character's story into the narrative, even the parts that you forgot about? Look no further. You've found your DM. Elley is a fantastic storyteller, first and foremost. Endlessly creative, patient, kind, and honestly just a joy to play with. I've had the privilege to be in two of her campaigns over the past few years & I've never had a more satisfying experience in 12+ years playing D&D. How she makes each player feel integral to the story, how each leg of the journey leaves you eagerly waiting for the next session, how unique each encounter feels; apart from all that, Elley is very welcoming to player creativity, isn't afraid to "yes, and?" and see how things play out, and honestly has the most diverse menagerie of baddies I've seen from a singular DM. No encounter is ever the same & it's wonderful. Terrifying at times, but wonderful. Ask her about Mithral Hall.
Character creation
Creating your character
Character creation happens out of game, but I can help you with whatever you need! We are level 11.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
You will need a working mic and a character and backstory!
What Elley brings to the table
There will be maps, music, and all source books provided. Combat ranges from fun hack and slash to tactical (depending on what you are fighting). We run the game rules as written with a "yes and" attitude. So you can ask for stuff that are out of the scopes of the rules, and we will try to make it work! Generally you do a roll to see if you succeed!
Homebrew rules
We run rules as written except for homebrew rules we vote on as a group. And then there is still rule of cool, though you might have to roll a dice for it's success!

How Elley creates a safe table
I will be asking you your lines and veils (in secret so you can feel free to say anything) and they will not be included. If something you never thought might bother you before happens, we have an open door policy, or X,N, and O. So you can leave and I will try to get over the moment as quick as possible and call you back in privately incase you do not want it publicized. You can also drop an anonymous X to end the talk as quick as possible. You can always give me feedback after sessions, but generally after a heavy session, I check in with you also.
