About me

Hi! I’m Brad, a voice actor, creative writer, and map designer with a strong passion for storytelling and immersive gameplay. I’ve been a dedicated Dungeon Master for the past three years, starting my journey with a group called BeardsandBarbarians, where we stream our games live every Friday on Twitch. Since then, I’ve run a total of six D&D campaigns. Some short, some long, but all carefully crafted to deliver a cinematic and engaging experience. My players often describe my games as story-rich, character-driven, and filled with memorable moments. Outside of D&D 5e (both the 2014 and 2024 editions), I’ve also played and GMed a variety of other TTRPGs, including Call of Catthulhu and Pathfinder. I love exploring different systems and styles of play, but my main goal is always the same: to create a fun, welcoming space where players feel like they’re part of an epic, evolving story.

GM Style

I’m an open-minded DM who loves weaving fun story arcs and giving players a lot of freedom to shape the game how they want. While I can run published modules, I really prefer crafting homebrew campaigns that feel personal and directly connected to the players at my table. With my background as a voice actor, I bring a wide range of dynamic voices to life, making NPCs memorable and immersive. I also have a degree in creative writing, which helps me design epic, cinematic campaigns full of rich storytelling and dramatic moments. On top of that, I create high-stakes encounters that challenge every part of your character—from your abilities to how you use the terrain—offering unique obstacles and opportunities to think creatively in combat. Roleplay is a big focus in my games, so you can expect plenty of moments to really dive into your character and interact with the world in meaningful ways every session.
