About Issac
I've been a TTG player for over a decade now, and have about 7 years of GM experience under my belt. I try to craft stories around the wants of the players, or put small twists on pre-built adventures to make it more dynamic to the things the players do or want. I always enjoy making people happy, and if I can do that, it makes my day in the process. I'm also very adaptive to the system in question. I'm willing to learn an entirely new game if its what my friends are into.

My favorite system of all Time is
easily Pathfinder 1E and its associated systems. I fell in love with it a decade ago and I still play it to this day in what is arguably my most successful campaign ever with friends.
When I'm not running games I'm...
usually knee deep in a video game or anime that has piqued my interest. If I'm running a homebrew campaign, you might notice the references to these things in game, as I'll often draw inspiration from my favorite pieces of media to make unique things in my campaign.
How Issac runs games
I try to be as dynamic of a GM as possible, as mentioned in my "About." If you want a more RP-focused game, sure thing. Wanna murderhobo your way through countless enemies? Be my guest. I may do the occasional voice, though I do not claim to be an expert at character voices, and I can most certainly delve into any kind of combat scenario and make it hopefully easy to understand and enjoy. I know most of Pathfinder 1e, D&D 5e, Champions 6th ed, which I believe is based off of HERO, as well as some other systems, but I am first and foremost flexible and adaptive. If there's a system you wanna run, tell me what it is, give me time to get a hold of the documents, and I can run it no sweat. Consider my list of "Game Systems" as a quick-pick option of what I can run almost immediately. Almost always, my preference is to make a custom homebrew campaign either in an established setting or in a homebrew world of the players' choices, but I'm willing to do an AP if that's what the players want.

I deal with rules issues by...
trying to balance what seems fair with what seems fun. Rules are important for quantifying what we can and can't do, but I won't let them get in the way of people enjoying the game.
I prep by
spending at least an hour going over notes or, in the case of premade adventures, reviewing the upcoming materials. At times, I'll make tweaks to what's about to come up if I feel they are too easy or hard, trying my best to craft a fun but challenging scenario.
When it comes to voices
I will always do my best, especially with my voice changing software. However, I don't press myself or my players to use a particular voice in RP. Really, it comes down to what the people feel up to doing/dealing with.
Issac's ideal table
At the end of the day, tabletop games are supposed to be about having fun and enjoying the company of others while we imagine silly or awesome things happening. I prefer a mostly laidback but not irreverently disruptive table. That said, there's nothing wrong about taking the time to chat and catch up if that's what the situation calls for.

I think metagaming...
isn't inherently a bad thing, but most people I've seen metagame are doing it in a way that makes it seem like they're competing with the DM. It isn't supposed to be Player VS DM, and metagaming can cause things to deteriorate between the players and DM.
