About Autumn
Hello, I'm Autumn. I am a 34 year old transgender woman with a near-lifelong passion for gaming, fiction, and creativity in general. Over two decades ago, I discovered tabletop roleplaying in middle school through my local mall's Wizards of the Coast store. I picked up a DnD 3.5 starter set and immediately felt my mind race with the possibilities that tabletop RPGs could offer. It took me no time at all to understand that I wanted to be a GM and put my passion for writing and collaborative creativity to use. Tabletop RPGs became my primary hobby, one that I shared with as many others as possible.

I became a GM because
there is truly nothing like bringing a story to life with an invested group of players. I love attempting to enthrall and challenge players and equally enjoy being surprised by them in turn. I never know exactly how my games will turn out and that makes GMing worth it every time.
How Autumn runs games
I try and experience many different TTRPG systems and find ways to put my enjoyment of writing and bookkeeping into my games. Primarily, I love crafting stories that players truly impact, living worlds that are molded by the actions of players. If as a GM I know precisely what will happen in future sessions, my GMing ethos has failed; I believe that is contingent on the players' actions as protagonists of the story! I always try and establish a general level of acceptable narrative peril with a group before I begin playing with them. I am perfectly willing to craft deadly adventurers where characters are at great risk, but I do not blindside players when I do so. I strive to be welcoming, inclusive, and friendly. If there's ever a question of comfort or clarification that is needed, I am always ready to listen and adapt as respectfully as I can.

My games focus on...
seeing how the alchemy of NPCs, challenges, and roleplay opportunities affects the players and their characters. Ideally we'll all be bouncing off each other to shape each scene while I help keep the game world consistent and reactive in the background!
Autumn's ideal table
My table is friendly, respectful, bespoke, and passionate. I love to write, create, and adore hearing about my players' character ideas. I thrive off seeing what my table's imaginations can create and do when given prompts and nudges from my game worlds. I'm always trying to tailor games to fit each individual group and what they love to experience.

I am for a vibe that's...
welcoming, immersive, and reactive. I want my players to be sure that their actions have consequences and ripple effects in my game worlds. Skill level and time spent playing TTRPGs doesn't matter; investment, passion, and joy does!
