Jacob is one of the most creative and inclusive DM’s I’ve had the pleasure of playing with since joining this site a year ago. Came in as a newbie and have now played in a variety of campaigns and one shots all the way up to level 20 one shots. My original campaign is now going on its one year anniversary and things are only warming up. If you have the chance to play with Jacob please do so. His spots fill up fast and you won’t regret it.

Jacob killed my character! And it was the best ever! We had a grueling and difficult battle and Jacob made the narrative compelling and thoughtful. It was a totally epic and intense battle and the death was well-earned. It’s always sad when things don’t go your way, but when the story and dice start going a direction who can resist? I would always recommend Jacob for a game!

Awesome GM, great voices and allows characters to be creative in their actions.

A fantastic DM, joined a campaign in progress and worked with me how to fit into the group and world seamlessly. Keeps the session going allows laughs and improv, Highly recommended!

I had a great time playing this one shot with Jacob. I’d never played a one shot before, so I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect. Jacob did an amazing job of providing a well rounded, fast paced adventure that fit our play style and time slot perfectly.

Ive played a couple of session with Jacob so far and its been a lovely experience. I appreciate that he makes sure everyone feels included during the game. The atmosphere during the session is very friendly and fun too. The DM is very knowledgable about lore and mechanics, and has a good sense of humour :) The software he chooses is also very easy to operate and because of that we never have any technical difficulties.
