Salutations friends! My (pen)name is Mariposa Momori (They/Them), adventurer extraordinaire! I am an experienced roleplayer of 14 years, having explored the vast tomes of our hobby throughout it’s equally vast history. I started playing at the age of 13, with D&D 3.5th edition after receiving the Basic Game kit, and a set of 3 starter pack books including the Player’s Handbook, Dungeon Master’s Guide, and Monster Manual 3 all for christmas. At an even younger age I became enamored with fantasy. First through video games like Diablo 2, Elder Scrolls, and Legend of Zelda. Then through books like Dragon Rider, the earliest Harry Potter novels, Dragonlance, and Dragonology along with it’s sequel books. When I was presented with tabletop roleplaying I became completely obsessed with the idea of being able to fulfill my frequent fantasies through a shared narrative experience. 14 years later, and through dozens of systems, sessions, characters, triumphs, and failures I have learned to love the hobby in all of it’s intricacies. And I’d like to share that enjoyment and passion with others as much as I can! As an LGBTQIA+, POC, neurodiverse person myself, I also seek to be as accommodating as possible to a diverse group of individuals and their individual needs. This game will be an accepting, and engaging space for everyone who is willing and capable of offering others the same respect.
