About the adventure

Kingsport, Massachusetts, 1932. An old colleague from Arkham University sent you to an auction to procure a device that can supposedly disintegrate solid matter. Keeping the device out of the wrong hands seemed like a sound idea, especially when you learned the other bidders include a money launderer for the mob, a sociopathic arms dealer, and a man who buys things using coins from a dead city. But then that unnatural fog surrounded the hotel, and bidders started disappearing. Now you're standing between two sides of an ancient eldritch war who both want the device for themselves. Who do you trust? Who do you side with? And can you escape with the device, and your sanity, intact? This is a one-shot Pulp Cthulhu adventure and is a great way for novice players to learn the Pulp Cthulhu rules. Pre-generated characters will be provided, so you can dive right into the action.
