The Continent: Now Hiring Adventurers

About the adventure

Around 20 years ago, a group of scouts came from a Sword Coast Adjacent area in hopes to find new resources and allies. But, they never went back. Instead they started anew here and the continent is still mostly unexplored. Now, as the new civilization begins to spread, the need for more adventurers to go out and secure the area is a priority.

How to prepare

You'll need a mic and a discord account and be tech savvy enough to sit at a computer, log into a website, and click some buttons. Once you have a character build, I'll be dependent on you to know how your character works, mechanically speaking. Know your spells and abilities.

What I provide

Maps will be provided in-game as required, as well as other informational handouts. I'll provide a username/password for you to log in to a FoundryVTT app I'm hosting and running the games from.

Gameplay details

Rulings over rules. Group story-telling system. I'll present a scenario, where it takes us is up to you. There are in-game world consequences for negative actions. And not every enemy will fight to the death. Sometimes, diplomacy is a plausible course of action.

How will character creation work

Prior to the session, we can either get together in a one-on-one setting or in a group chat to talk about the books allowed, the overall lore so far, and what would make a good character here.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
