Odyssey of the Dragonlords

About the adventure

Odyssey of the Dragonlords is a Greek styled campaign that crosses over into a world of Dragons. We will be in a game that is much more comfortable with closer contact with the gods. The campaign was designed to go to Level 10 but additional content has been added to take the story up ...even Level 20. If you are a fan of Greek-styled stories and/or Dragons, you are in for a real treat. This will be my first official campaign that was not extremely homebrewed and stretched just to get Level 20. I am aware that many of the campaigns are traditionally 2-3 hours, I prefer a longer session and am aware of the discount that 15 creates, as it comes out to only 3-5 dollars an hour. I accept this plays into the idea of "playing for cheaper" and am okay with that pricing scenario. Minors will need to have a guardian present at the table. As this game will be on Foundryvtt, you will see the rise in quality. With voice actors, foley artists, and enhanced effects, this is not your buddy's Roll20 module. Additional Details

How to prepare

You will need a character designed and attached to my DDB campaign. I will help with this. You will need a browser and a link I will provide once the VTT campaign is completed by the computer program. I would like to use Discord for the campaign so any memes, text notes, discussions can be placed somewhere while we talk over voice. I do not require a mic or webcam, although they are certainly helpful to judge facial expressions when the game is going well. If you must omit audio, typing will be that much more critical. The basic DnD rules are "Roll a die and add a number".

What I provide

If the game is going to be online, the dice will be online with the DnDbeyond as well. If the game is in person, that is awesome but I will need to see a vaccination card as I have an immunosuppressed family member. Gotta be sure. Yes, I can do the dice and the maps thing in person. i paid good money for all that, so I should definitely use them. I live within .2 miles of a game store. If someone wants to draw characters, that would be amazing-sauce. I do not know how to draw. :(

Gameplay details

I am a proponent of X&O-Card and do Veils and Lines at Session Zer0. This does not limit the fluidity of consent and comfort from changing mid-game.

How will character creation work

All characters will start off at Level 1 using the Odyssey of the Dragonlords Player's Guide PDF at https://www.drivethrurpg.com/product/267073/Odyssey-of-the-Dragonlords-Players-Guide and the Fifth Edition Dungeons & Dragons Player Handbook to design characters. I have provided the OotD option in my DnDBeyond Campaign option for the Character customizer.

Players can expect
