About the adventure
Set predominantly during World War II in 1940, Your Covenant holds onto sources of Vis power, while war grips Europe and the world. Tragically, the Fuhrer has learned of these arcane sources through Nazi occult experts. Their purpose is to secure any advantage to cement Nazi world dominance. The Magus Tribunal agrees to combine many Covenants of the Order of Hermes to seal this breach of knowledge. Even now chaotic magical rifts warp reality, causing public panic as rumors spread of rising dead. If either the Allied or Axis forces destroy any of these ancient vestiges of vis power, the results could be catastrophic, possibly destroying the worlds connection to magic permanently. Your group of magus and their companions seek to repair these rifts, cleanse the memories of anyone witnessing these secret arcane vestiges or ‘remove’ them from the living; all while preventing the Allied Forces from learning the truth. For 2 to 6 players each must make 1 Mage and 1 Companion, with the option of creating Grogs as they see fit; some Grogs will be pre-made and available. This ongoing campaign will not focus heavily on History but use it to accentuate certain important moments in the game in congruence with real world events. Yet the Mages of the Covenant work just outside the bounds of reality and as such hide their magical puppeteering as best they can while protecting their connection to these instrumental sources of magic and spellcraft.

How to prepare
I recommend a webcam, but it is not mandatory. A good mic/speakers or headset so that you can talk with the group through Discord Group Chat. I will use Roll20 for the Virtual Table Top fights.
What I provide
Will provide maps and handouts and pregen characters, as well as a quick sketch of your characters at the end of the campaign (as I am a digital artist as well).
There will not be graphic descriptions of real world events, but part of the campaign may take the heroes in very dark places that reflect on the horror we humans can do to each other. Suffice to say the historical aspects of world war 2 will come into play throughout the campaign, but then also perhaps other parts of historical time, as these magical rifts warp reality and can pull the party to... unexpected places.

How will character creation work
The characters will begin as new mages and companions in a Covenant in London Proper. Session 0 is needed to tie all the group's characters together and learn about your Covenant; your home. Your group's destinies will unfold as the war unfolds. The players will go through their test of magic to become full magi well before the end of this campaign.
