About the adventure
"Guilds of Aether" is a critically acclaimed MMORPG that has taken the world by storm since it's inception in 2036. With a player base of nearly 25 million players and rising it is the most successful MMO ever made. It's dynamic fights, harrowing dungeons, engaging stories, and nuanced NPCs have captured the awe of the gaming world and general public alike. Artificial Ego Studios, the creators of the game have announced a special event will be taking place for its 15th anniversary in game which will "add more to the game than you could ever imagine". You are players of this MMO behemoth. Whether newly joined or decade long veterans. Those who seek glory in combat and adventure or ones who instead enjoy its fantasy life sim aspects. You have all eagerly signed up for the event to see what the future of "Guilds of Aether" holds. It will also crown a "Ruler of the world", a player who will gain access to anything they want. A singular wish that the company will grant to the recipient to show their appreciation to the fan-base. Things are not all they seem, however, as the game has been experiencing problems as of late. Rumors have popped up on forums talking about players disappearing. Others speak of people being hunted by something after finding hidden glitches in the game. To add to these voices there have been several instances of emergency maintenance in the past few months. While diehard fans see this as signs of things to come the general populace could care less.

About me
Hi! I'm softservebl but my friends call me Joe! I've been involved with ttrpgs since the mid 2010s and have been a GM for the past several years. GMing is what gets me through the otherwise monotonous drone of my life and I always relish the chance to create something fun and unique for those that sit at the table with me. I love multiple systems but have recently found my home with Pathfinder 2e as my main system to run. If you ever wanna try something a little more obscure I am 100% down to run it! My first character I played where I finally understood my style of playing was Henri Riberi a half orc sorcerer who just wanted to be loved by his elder brother and through pestering him for the campaign made some friends along the way.

Joe managed to take a setting that was pre established and turn it into something wholly unique for his players while still implementing enough to excite fans of the Trails of Heroes series! I'm completely hooked on his campaign and I am always looking forward to the next session.

Oh buddy, where to start? He is EXCEPTIONAL when it comes to playing. Not just on a professional level but on a person-to-person aspect as well. Hours and hours of fun are had with him and the creativity he throws into his games. He makes it very accessible and easy to pick up for new players and happily explains mechanics to anyone who needs it, and with more veteran players he can be ruthless. which is just as fun. He is a man who can easily weave an incredible story together with your characters. You are in for a treat with any game you play with this man. Cheers! You have been incredible to play with!

This DM took the time to engage everyone with character creation and their background which eventually grew as the game progressed. The world he shaped felt real and really impacted some of the players emotionally. Overall, a great experience and will love to be part of more of his games in the future. If you are new to TTRPG, this is one DM you'll remember.

With access to all currently available Fabula Ultima content(Core, High Fantasy, Techno, and Nature) you'll have a diverse choice op combinations to create the ideal MMO character. Through Forge and Foundry we'll use carefully crafted/selected maps and soundscapes to draw you into the experience.

How Softservebl creates a safe table
Once you are in the discord server I'll equip you with the game's role. This will give you access to the rpg checklist to fill out. Every session has one ten minute break about midway or as close to it as we can get. Foundry is equipped with X,N,O cards as a system to use if ever a player feels uncomfortable and from then on the issue will no longer be
