Beyond the Wall | Custom D&D 5e Campaign | Beginner friendly
Clinging to survival behind a great stone wall, the people of Thomevald seek heroes to aid in their fight against the beasts that lie Beyond the Wall.
About the adventure
Dive into the mysterious world of Thomevald and discovery what secrets lie... Beyond the Wall. Beyond the Wall is a custom, homebrewed D&D campaign set in the original world of Thomevald, "The Last Bastion of Civilization." Thomevald acts as the last surviving kingdom in the known world, holding off the forces of darkness behind a giant stone wall that defends the nation. However, will the true dangers prove to be beyond... or behind the wall? This campaign will feature a mix of action, adventure, and political intrigue as the party explores Thomevald and all the secrets it holds. We will plan to meet every other Thursday for a long-term game. Players will have the freedom to explore an original, homebrewed world while adding plenty of rich lore and details themselves to craft a truly unique D&D Experience!

About me
Welcome friends! My name is Daisy (she/her), and I am a TTRPG content creator, writer, and professional GM. You may also know me as "the Dancing Bard." I have been running D&D and TTRPG campaigns for nearly 20 years now, the last year and a half professionally. I love handing over the reins of the story to my players and adjusting the story to whatever antics they come up with. I consider myself a "Rule of Cool" GM, and encourage my players to be as creative as they like! I am currently offering Dungeons and Dragons and Monster of the Week games for players of any experience level. I enjoy teaching new players the ropes and they are always welcomed at my tables. If you do not see a day/time listed, feel free to message to see if I can make it available. I am also willing to consider custom homebrewed campaigns as well. If there is another system you're interested in learning, message me and we can discuss rates.

5 Stars and nothing less! Daisy is an amazing storyteller and GM. Every scene feels impactful and incredibly immersive. She’s made me, as a queer person, feel so safe in her games. I’ve since joined a second TTRPG game with Daisy, because my experience was so fantastic. Highly recommend her for players of all skills!!
I have been playing in a Monster of the Week campaign with Daisy for a little over a month now and I have to say this has been one of the most enjoyable experiences I've ever had! As a total newcomer to role-playing games of any kind, Daisy has made me feel totally comfortable and at ease as I find my way through this experience. Her sessions always feel inclusive, exciting, and extremely safe for queer guy who was hesitant about starting RPGs. I've enjoyed it so much that I've signed up for a second campaign with her. Highly recommend.
I've been wanting to learn Monster of the Week for a while now, but was nervous about figuring out a new game system. Daisy made it so easy! She took the time to explain all the mechanics ahead of time, and had no problem with being asked to repeat info throughout the adventure when I needed help figuring things out. She was also great at working with my wacky ideas during the adventure. She's so patient and thoughtful in the way she manages the game. I would definitely recommend signing up for one of her sessions! Update: I've now played two sessions and it was just as good the second time!
Daisy was an excellent DM who started by creating a welcoming and safe environment for all players. She took time to ensure everyone was comfortable before beginning the adventure. The one-shot featured a delightful mix of storytelling, clever traps, and engaging combat scenarios. Daisy's descriptive narration brought the world to life, and I particularly appreciated how she encouraged players to help shape the narrative through their imagination and choices. This collaborative storytelling approach made everyone feel valued and involved. Throughout the session, our party faced various challenges including environmental hazards, hostile creatures, and situations that required both combat and creative problem-solving. Daisy balanced these elements skillfully, keeping the game exciting and engaging throughout. Overall, I had an absolute blast playing and would definitely join another game run by Daisy. It was a perfect way to spend a Saturday night!
Character creation
Creating your character
We will cover character creation together during Session 0. All published D&D 5e material is permitted. Homebrewed content will need to be reviewed and approved beforehand.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Please have at least a Microphone to communicate with the group during sessions. Webcams are encouraged as well, but not strictly required. This is a beginner friendly game, so we will create characters together and go over any rules as needed.
What DnDaisies brings to the table
I will provide maps on a VTT of the group's choosing - we will discuss which specific one during our Session 0. I will also provide optional music for players to listen to. During sessions, I tend towards the Rule of Cool, allowing players to take agency and create really fun moments in game. That said, I believe the rules are there as a solid guideline so we won't stray too far. I like to ask players a lot of questions during games, allowing you to help shape and create the world through small details.

How DnDaisies creates a safe table
Our first session together will be a dedicated Session 0 to create characters, go over safety tools, and discuss logistics of the campaign. A Consent Form will be required from all players. During sessions, breaks will be had at regular intervals. We will establish X, O, and N cards virtually for further communication, as well as have regular check-ins after the games with Stars and Wishes.
