Dan is a fun GM who knows how to set a mood and use character prompts to hook your imagination into the story. He will listen carefully when you describe your character's actions and motivations and then deliver natural consequences which make the game’s world feel real and lived in. I recommend him, especially if you’re new to OSR games and need a beginner friendly guide. Experienced players should know that he won't balk when you go off script. He's the real deal if you are looking for a OSR referee or warden.

If you want theatre of the mind with rich descriptions and a world that keeps turning while you’re playing your heart out, Japes is your Game Master. His table is a lot of fun for new and experienced players. I look forward to playing more Mothership with Japes and hope to one day try his Discworld games. He also knows how to run Mothership in Foundry, which makes character creation and dice rolls a snap.

Alex made my first Old Gods of Appalachia game very enjoyable. He is an excellent teacher and his NPCs were convincing and memorable.

I had the pleasure of playing my first Vaesen game with Craig and it won't be my last. I appreciate his expertise with the lore and the system. He provided a relaxed atmosphere where we could be serious about having fun with grim subject matter. He also took the time to explain the system as all four players were new to it and did that quite well.

Most recently my partner and I played "Tomb of Horrors" as *Kobolds* with Somewhat Cyclops and it was a hilarious delight. It was a fun night of puzzles solving and laughs. She obviously put a lot of time and creative effort into her maps and and other online visuals, and this created very a enjoyable and immersive experience. I've played other games with SC and know that she has a wide breadth of knowledge of RPGs, their history, and culture. We look forward to playing in more of her games and I would heartily recommend her for both new and experienced players.
