I played the same oneshot with barth 2 times, and while the idea of playing a story i had already played and completed before was foreign to me, i had a good time and i didnt feel bored or like i already knew everything. While the main characters and the end goal were the same, barth makes the gameplay fresh so players can return, either as the same or different characters, and still have a great time. I appreciate his use of roll 20 so that i can stay visually engaged and not be confused on how to do things. Hes very welcoming and helpful with new players and always explains things but not in an excessive way where i feel like ive heard it too much. I usually prefer smaller groups and less emphasis on combat, but even with a group of 5 and frequent combat after the first story beat, i still had fun. Feel free to take advantage of the oneshots to get a feel for a character you wanna play or try out different ideas. Barth makes it easy and fun to do what you want and engage with others

I played 2 oneshots with benjamin and both times were really funny. A large part of that was the players, but it was also that benjamin really let us be fun and creative with our roleplay and decisions and ran with whatever we threw at him. I always appreciate a dm who gives full player agency but still helps them through the story and follow the best path that works with the players. Both sessions he turned things about a character that would usually be inconsequential and treated as simply added flavor to the character into things that actually contributed to and had an impact on story progression. Being able to play an aspect of your character rather than just knowing it was really fun and it was fun to see that with the other players. All around a good time and i would definitely play another game with him.

I played a multishot with spocko that was somehow extremely chaotic yet enjoyable. I rolled the worst i ever rolled (somehow evaded death tho lol) and we had changes in players between session, difficulties with scheduling, tech issues, and several players entering sessions late or leaving early, yet somehow he ran with iit all and managed to keep the story consistent and make it fun. There was a good balance between action and roleplay and despite knowing we wouldnt have long playing the multishot, gave us enough time to roleplay so we could invest in our characters and learn how to play them and engage with other players. The story was interesting and well thought out with good depth but also easy to grasp and follow even when there was a 2 week gap after the 1st session. Additionally, it was my first time playing in the system and spocko was really helpful and patient and did a good job of helping me understand the system. If you can join a oneshot with him, you should.

I played with dallas 2 times in 2 very different games and groups and both times he was a great dm who gave us some assistance when necessary but really let us players take the reigns, have fun, and find our own way through the story. He is a very nice and fun person, and i look forward to my next game with him.

Very fun, helpful, and patient. I was a complete newbie to the game and system and I felt like they did a great job getting me and the others familiar and supported us so we could have a fun time and learn the game with have minimal GM intervention. They did a good job of explaining the world and I would love to see what kind of storytelling and engagement they could do in a full campaign.
