About me
I'm a new player to the table, but a long-time fan of the genre. I've watched the shows and listened to the actual-play podcasts. I come from a background of narrative heavy/rpg video and board games. Online (mostly PbP) has made it possible for me to actual jump in and play. I'm AuDHD and so I'm trying to start with builds/approaches that are lower bandwidth so I can focus on core mechanics and, more importantly, story. Excited to explore the narrative collaboration and freedom that's only possible in this form!

Moses is a top-tier storyteller who makes the entire experience feel effortless. I am very new to TTRPGs and entered two of her PbP campaigns sure that I was way out of my depth. Instead, joining the table felt smoother than it had any right to be; Moses makes you feel right at home no matter your level of experience. They truly encourage player agency, always working with you to weave the unfolding story. When it comes to PbP, Moses is one of those rare GMs who embraces the flexibility of the format while making sure there is enough momentum to keep driving something interesting forward. Their writing is exceptional and the Discord community they've formed is extraordinarily helpful and welcoming. I am completely blown away. In short, if you're thinking about jumping in but are uncertain or new to it all: if Moses is running the game, just click join. You'll be glad you did.
